We're moving into the next chapter of our company's evolution and are looking for a strong relationship builder to join our growing team as a Customer Success Manager!

As an inquisitive individual, you are always on the lookout for opportunities to add increasing value for the customer post-sales, whether helping to improve engagement, assist with training, or presenting new features of the product.  
What you’ll be doing
  • Take ownership of the customer relationship post-implementation, with a focus on maximizing customer adoption and engagement with the product
  • Identify opportunities to provide additional training on product to customers, with a focus on maximizing customer value
  • Undertake strategic account planning and conduct annual business reviews with customers 
  • Identify opportunities to expand within existing customer accounts to offer new products (upsell), penetrate new buying centers within existing customer accounts (cross-sell) and facilitate meaningful and successful renewal conversations
  • Stay up to date on all changes, upgrades and new features within the Cardata product 
What You’ll Bring to the Team 
  • You are inquisitive and can dive deep into the customer experience to uncover useful insights
  • You have a proven ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships and demonstrated commitment to providing value to the customer
  • You have a good technical aptitude and/or eagerness to learn new technologies
  • You possess a high level of empathy and emotional intelligence 
  • You can effectively communicate with customers and team members alike
  • You have experience (2-3 years) working in account management, customer success, business development or another role focused on driving value for both the customer and company
